Our Disclaimer

The Second Amendment Society, LLC (SAS) is a peaceful organization.  Our members are dedicated to the law, which is evident by our dedication to the Constitution and the cause of Freedom for the people of the United States.  That a significant portion of our membership is current or former military and law enforcement is testimony of this.

However, there is information contained on this site that can easily be abused by the non-law abiding.  Unfortunately, without violating our membership's First Amendment right to speech and the freedom of information, there is no reasonable way we can restrict the access to said information, nor is there any logical reason to do so.  The owners, administrators and members of the SAS are not responsible or liable for the results of any abuses of the information contained here.

One of the core values the American Founding Fathers believed in, which is one of the reasons they formed our Republic, is that people are responsible for themselves and their own actions.  The government, the law, nor anyone else can protect someone from their own stupidity, therefore the notion that others should worry about it or be blamed is ludicrous.  If someone is stupid enough to use information they find here to hurt themselves or someone else, while unfortunate and regrettable, it is that person's own fault and they should be punished accordingly to the strictest letter of the law--and then some.

Because some idiot somewhere on the planet might do something dumb is no reason to violate the individual right of the peaceful to information.  This is a tenet of Freedom.  Take responsibility for yourself.  Learn it.  Live it.  Love it.
